What it’s about. Als die Polizei die Leiche eines ermordeten Architekten findet, steht für Inspektor Pao schnell ein der Sprengstoffexperte Kwan als Verdächtiger fest. Wenig später wird er festgenommen gesteht er die Tat. Pao glaubt nicht an Kwans Version eines Raubmordes, die gefundenen Beweise deuten auf einen anderen Tatgrund hin. Neben Materialien zur Herstellung von Sprengstoff hat die Polizei in Kwans Wohnung nämlich auch noch eine Blaupause eines Tresorraums gefunden und für Pao steht fest, dass Kwan einen großen Überfall plant. Der Inspektor vermutet nun, dass Kwan einen Überfall plant, doch der Täter weist alle Vermutungen in diese Richtung von sich.
