What it’s about. Außerirdische aus dem Sternbild Hydra müssen mit ihrem Raumschiff auf der Erde notlanden, und das mitten auf Sardinien. Um das Raumschiff wieder flugtauglich zu machen, entführen die Fremden Professor Wallace, seine Tochter und weitere Erdbewohner, darunter zwei chinesische Agenten. Die Reparatur gelingt und anstatt die Menschen wieder frei zu lassen, nehmen die außerirdischen Besucher sie mit zum Rückflug zu ihrem Heimatplaneten. Natürlich sind die Entführten wenig begeistert und es kommt zur Meuterei – mit ungeahnten Folgen. Nun reisen die Erdlinge in galaktische Zonen, die nie zuvor ein Mensch gesehen hat. Werden sie jemals wieder zur Erde zurückkehren?
