What it’s about. Die Schülerin Nagisa Yukiai lebt in einem kleinen Küstenstädtchen ein beschauliches Leben. Von ihrer Großmutter lernte sie einst, dass sich in gesprochenen Sätzen sogenannte „Kotodamas“ (Wortgeister) verstecken, welche Menschen beeinflussen können. Eines Tages stolpert sie in eine alte Radiostation und folgt ihrem Impuls, wie ein Moderator in die noch funktionstüchtige Sendeanlage zu sprechen. Durch ein Missgeschick wird ihre als Privatvorstellung geplante Show jedoch übertragen und erreicht eine Person, mit der sie nie gerechnet hätte…
