What it’s about. Die Studenten Armand (Félix Moati) und Leila (Camélia Jordana) sind schon seit längerem ein Paar und planen demnächst einen gemeinsamen Studienaufenthalt in den USA. Doch als Leilas Bruder Mahmoud (William Lebghil) nach einem längeren Aufenthalt im Jemen stark verändert zurückkehrt, ist die Beziehung der beiden gefährdet: Denn Mahmoud ist nun tief religiös und will nicht, dass seine Schwester eine Beziehung mit einem Nicht-Muslim führt. Um auch weiterhin mit Leila zusammensein zu können, ersinnt Armand also einen Plan: Er absolviert einen Crashkurs in Sachen Islam, verkleidet sich als voll verschleierte Muslima namens Scheherazade und gibt sich als Studienkollegin von Leila aus. Doch mit einer Sache haben Armand und Felix nicht gerechnet: Mahmoud verliebt sich nach und nach in die mysteriöse Scheherazade...
