What it’s about. Schon mit 14 Jahren hat Eric Stehfest seinen ersten Crystal-Meth-Rausch erlebt. Der in einer sächsischen Kleinstadt bei seiner Mutter Liane und deren Freund Tilo aufwachsende junge Mann sackt immer weiter in die Drogensucht ab, klaut, prügelt sich, steht immer wieder vor Gericht. Doch dann lernt er Anja kennen und verliebt sich. Sie ist sein Rettungsanker, er will endlich clean werden. Mit ihr lässt er die Heimat hinter sich, geht nach Berlin, fängt dort an, Schauspiel zu lernen und bekommt auch mit der Hilfe seines Lehrers und Mentors Karl Hoffmann sein Leben in den Griff. Doch dann bricht ihm Anja das Herz und die alte Sucht kehrt zurück…
