What it’s about. Clive "Bexy" Bissell hat zwar Frau und Kind, lebt aber doch kein ganz so geregeltes Leben. Gemeinsam mit seinen Kumpels sorgt er immer wieder samstags im und um das Fußballstadion herum für ordentlich Randale. Bexy führt seinen Hooligan-Trupp namens "Inter City Crew" vor allem gern in die Schlacht gegen die rivalisierenden "Buccaneers". Doch im Jahr 1988 steht die Fußball-Europameisterschaft in Deutschland an. Dort wollen die britischen Hooligans den Kollegen aus Holland ein paar liebe Grüße übermitteln.
