Erst als Terboven ihren Vater verhaften lässt, ist Sonja Wigert bereit, Geliebte des Deutschen zu werden. Sie will ihren Vater befreien und zugleich dem schwedischen Geheimagenten Akrell (Rolf Lassgård) Material über einen in Schweden unter dem Decknamen „Maria“ operierenden Spion beschaffen …
