What it’s about. Nicht mehr lange und Jenny (Adèle Haenel) kann eine prestigeträchtige Stelle antreten. Doch bis dahin verdingt sie sich noch übergangsweise als Vertretung in einer Hausarztpraxis für einen in Rente gegangenen Kollegen in der Stadt Seraing. Eines Abends, die Sprechstunde ist schon lange vorbei, klingelt es an der Tür, doch Jenny beschließt, der unbekannten Person nicht aufzumachen – wenn es wichtig wäre, hätte sie schon vehementer geklingelt sagt sie ihrem Praktikanten Julien (Olivier Bonnaud). Doch am nächsten Tag erwartet sie die Polizei, denn ganz in der Nähe wurde eine Frauenleiche gefunden. Die Bänder der Überwachungskameras zeigen, dass es sich bei dem Opfer um jene Person handelt, die zuvor vergeblich bei der Praxis geklingelt hat. Getrieben von Schuldgefühlen beginnt Jenny, eigene Nachforschungen anzustellen...
