Etwa zeitgleich erhält der ehemalige Fremdenlegionär und Präzisionsschütze Rami Hamdan einen mysteriösen Auftrag. Für die horrende Summe von 25 Millionen Dollar soll er eine ranghohe Persönlichkeit aus dem Weg räumen. Sein Zielort ist die Domstadt Köln.
