What it’s about. 30 Jahre nach dem Scheitern des Space Colonization Program: Die Menschheit ist fast ausgestorben. Ein immerwährender und tödlicher Regen fällt auf die Erde. Menschen, die als »Junker« bekannt sind, plündern Waren und Artefakte aus den Ruinen der Zivilisation. Einer dieser Junker schleicht sich allein in die gefährlichste aller Ruinen – eine »Sarkophag-Stadt«. In der Mitte dieser toten Stadt entdeckt er ein Vorkriegs-Planetarium. Und als er es betritt, wird er von Hoshino Yumemi, einem Begleiterroboter, begrüßt. Ohne den geringsten Zweifel nimmt sie an, dass er der erste Kunde ist, den sie seit 30 Jahren hat. Sie versucht, ihm sofort die Sterne zu zeigen, aber der Planetariumsprojektor ist kaputt. Da er nicht in der Lage ist, aus ihrer Unterhaltung schlau zu werden, erklärt er sich schließlich bereit, den Projektor zu reparieren …
