What it’s about. Alois Hinterholzer (Joe Stöckel), Land- und Gastwirt vom "Weißen Lamm", hat die Idee, neben seinem Gasthof eine Tankstelle zu errichten. Dazu lässt er seinen Knecht Jakob (Erhard Siedel) zum Tankwart ausbilden, und Dorfschmied Wastl (Beppo Brem) macht seine Schmiede kurzerhand zur Reparaturwerkstatt. Leider bleibt die Kundschaft aus. Dann aber nähert sich eine Reisegesellschaft von "Fortuna Omnibus".
