What it’s about. Um eine traumatische Fehlgeburt zu verarbeiten, zieht ein junges Ehepaar von der Stadt hinaus aufs Land und erwirbt ein idyllisch gelegenes Anwesen im Grünen. Dort empfängt die überreizte junge Frau bald beunruhigende Signale und stößt, als sie Nachforschungen bezüglich des Hauses anstellt, auf dessen von Mord und Massakern gesäumte Geschichte. In ihrem Mann gehen zeitgleich merkwürdige Veränderungen vor, auch lassen ihn ihre Enthüllungen kalt. Das wiederum lässt die Gattin fürchten, dass sich hier Geschichte wiederholen könnte.
