Der Kampfstoff wurde zur Legende. 1999: Der letzte noch lebende Wissenschaftler, der an K7B arbeitet, entschließt sich, sein Schweigen zu brechen. Der Kampfstoff fällt dem religiösen Fanatiker Steve in die Hände. Zur gleichen Zeit bekommt sein Bruder, der Auftragskiller Nick, die Order, Steve zu töten.
