What it’s about. In einer düsteren Zukunft wird ein rechtschaffener Polizist, einer der wenigen, die ihren Job noch ernstnehmen, schwer verletzt. Soldaten bringen ihn in ein Forschungslabor, wo man aus ihm einen Superpolizisten mit übermenschlichen Kräften und einer superschnellen Reaktion machen will.
