What it’s about. Nach einem ausschweifenden Partyleben erbt Nojet ein Wohnhaus von ihrem kürzlich verstorbenen Vater. Was sie zunächst für einen Goldgrube hält, entpuppt sich als Fluch. Als sie nach Jahren im Ausland nach Stockholm zurückkehrt, inspiziert sie das Gebäude zum ersten Mal. Nojet findet heraus, dass die Wohnungen im 7. Stock alle illegal vermietet werden. Ihr Neffe Chris ist der Verwalter des Gebäudes. Er bestreitet jeden Betrug, bittet Nojet jedoch um Rücksicht für die armen Mieter, die aufgrund des schwierigen Wohnungsmarktes keine andere Wahl haben. Desillusioniert und ahnungslos sucht Nojet Hilfe bei Lex, dem Anwalt der Familie, der nur zwei Möglichkeiten sieht: das Gebäude so zu belassen, wie es ist, oder zu verkaufen.
