Dort befindet sich auch Kyle, der Sohn des US-Präsidenten. Dieser wurde hierher verbannt. Aus Rache lässt er das Raumschiff des Präsidenten mitsamt dessen Stab auf den Planeten notlanden. Auf der Flucht vor den Einheimischen bekommen sie Hilfe von dem Strafgefangenen Tarquin. Dieser soll den Präsidenten retten.
