What it’s about. Die Zeit der kleinen, schmutzigen Geschäfte ist für Willdog, Shi und Cameron endgültig vorbei. Als dann auch noch Captain Peterson mit seinem Sohn Jake und ihrem Vorgesetzten Bagwell auftauchen, gerät die Situation völlig außer Kontrolle. Die Dealer eröffnen das Feuer, im Dunkeln der Nacht gelingt ihnen die Flucht. Keiner der Cops ahnt, daß die Drogen in dem Lieferwagen deponiert sind, den die Dealer zurückgelassen haben. Bis zu dem Augenblick als sie Jake’s Frau entführen und als Geisel einsetzen…
