What it’s about. Nachdem der verwirrte Cutter blutrünstiger Horrorfilme einen Nervenzu-sammenbruch bekam, wird er durch Eward Svensson ersetzt. Der hat aber nur Schnitterfahrung mit Kunstfilmen. Jetzt muß er die schlimmsten Szenen aus einigen „Splatter“-Filmen herausschneiden, damit diese nicht indiziert werden. Edward ist ein sauberer, ordentlicher und normaler Mensch. Jede Nacht arrangiert er mit behandschuhten Händen seine Stifte in einer ordentlichen Reihe auf seinem Schneidetisch. Die Stifte sind die ersten Anzeichen dafür, daß etwas nicht in Ordnung ist. Eine eigenartige, furchteinflößende Verwandlung geschieht mit Edwards Persönlichkeit.
