What it’s about. Gangsterboss Gunner O'Hara soll aus dem Gefängnis entlassen werden. Polizeiinspektor Corbett (Ray Middleton) ahnt, dass dann der blutige Bandenkrieg in Chicago wieder aufflammen wird. Corbett wendet sich an O'Haras Zwillingsbruder John (Sean McClory). Er setzt ihn anstelle des Chefgangsters ein, um die Unterwelt von Chicago zu überlisten.
