Sein Gegner ist der Kokain-Dealer Angel, seine Verbündeten sind der Spielclub-Besitzer Chance und die hübsche Prostituierte Sarah. Scudder entdeckt Angels Kokainvorräte - Stoff im Wert von Millionen. Als Angel Sarah als Geisel nimmt, schlägt Scudder einen Deal vor: Sarah gegen das Koks. Doch bei der Übergabe läuft alles schief...
