What it’s about. Der junge, ambitionierte Polizeibeamte Dan Garret wird undercover in ein Drogenlabor eingeschleust, das unter Verdacht steht eine illegale Substanz herzustellen, mit deren hilfe man kurzfristig übermenschliche Kräfte freisetzen kann. Im Zuge seiner Undercover-Ermittlungen wird Dan selbst zum Versuchsobjekt. Doch in ihm werden nur seine positiven Charaktereigenschaften ins Unglaubliche potenziert. Er muss nun verhindern, dass das Serum bei Schwerverbrechern zu Einsatz kommt, denn gegen eine Übermacht aus Superschurken wäre die Welt machtlos!
