What it’s about. Nach seiner Entlassung aus dem Gefängnis hat Gangsterboss Chee nur einen Wunsch: sich an Detective Kevin zu rächen und ihn für immer zu vernichten. Um dies zu erreichen hetzt er seine Männer auf Kevins Freundin May. Wutentbrannt beschließt Kevin nach einer Schlägerei mit Chees Männern, die Stadt mit seiner Freundin eine Zeit lang zu verlassen und kündigt seinen Job. Als jedoch eine Verbrecher-bande einen Bombenanschlag auf das Einkaufszentrum der Stadt verübt, nimmt Kevin seinen Dienst wieder auf, um der Bande endgültig das Handwerk zu legen! Ein Entschluss der ihm zum Verhängnis wird!
