What it’s about. Julias Leben in Amerika ist perfekt: Sie hat die besten Noten, eine traumhafte Stimme und schreibt bereits ihre eigenen Songs. Doch allen Widrigkeiten zum Trotz lernt sie andere Misfits kennen, die ihr Leid teilen und mit denen sie sich anfreundet. Beim alljährlichen Schulwettbewerb „Schools got Talent“ hat Julia die Chance, Flugtickets in die USA zu gewinnen. Am Ende muss sie sich entscheiden: Zurück zu ihrem alten Leben zurückzukehren oder bei ihren neuen Freunden in Deutschland zu bleiben ...
