What it’s about. Nach sieben Jahren treffen sich Detective Skims und Mike wieder, und gleich wird auf sie geschossen. Mike denkt, dass Skims wieder strafversetzt wurde, doch er ist als Geheimagent unterwegs und soll einem Bombenexperten das Handwerk legen. Gemeinsam untersuchen sie den Mordanschlag, der ihnen gegolten hatte, und kommen auf eine heiße Spur. Nach der Explosion einer neuen, frequenzgesteuerten Bombe geschieht das Unglaubliche: Detective Skims, Computerexperte auf der Jagd nach dem Bombenterroristen Van Axel, ist nicht tot, sondern wird zum Computer-Hologramm! Um die Ermittlungen von Skims Partner Mike zu stoppen, entführt Van Axel die kleine Lily, die Tochter einer guten Freundin. Nun versucht er, den Verbrecher zu stoppen, und ob er es schafft, wird sich zeigen.
