Bei einem brutalen Zusammenstoß lernt er außerdem Caleb, den Sohn eines korrupten Polizisten aus der Stadt kennen. Erst einmal kommt er bei einer lokalen Familie unter, doch was Martin nicht ahnt: Er selbst ist auch infiziert und sein Blut löst eine schreckliche Epidemie aus...
