What it’s about. In einem Dorf liefern sich die Apothekerin und der Gastwirt eine erbitterte Rivalität, die durch ihre gemeinsame romantische Vergangenheit vor vielen Jahren noch angeheizt wird. Um es ihrer Rivalin heimzuzahlen, veranlasst die Gastwirtin ihren Neffen dazu, eine zweite Apotheke zu eröffnen und ihr so das Geschäft streitig zu machen.
