What it’s about. Drei Jahre sind vergangen, seit Emery Simms zu unrecht für einen Mord verurteilt wurde, den er nicht begangen hat. Emerys bester Freund Brandon und seine Exfrau Connie sind inzwischen verheiratet und führen in Atlanta ein erfolgreiches Restaurant mit Nachtclub. Immer neue Motive, Täuschungen und Lügen kommen an den Tag, doch je weiter Donovan sich den Fakten nähert, desto tiefer verstrickt er sich in Schwierigkeiten, und ein Platz im Grab direkt neben seinem Bruder scheint immer wahrscheinlicher.
