What it’s about. Gerade erst frisch getrennt, will der argentinische Dichter Ocho (Juan Barberini) im Urlaub in Barcelona seine neu gewonnene Freiheit genießen und einfach nur für sich selbst sein. Doch da ist dieser eine gutaussehende Mann, der ihm ständig über den Weg läuft und von dem er einfach nicht die Augen lassen kann. Und diese fast schon magische Anziehungskraft beruht auf Gegenseitigkeit. Ocho lädt den attraktiven Fremden, einen spanischen Filmemacher namens Javi (Ramon Pujol), schließlich auf sein Zimmer ein und die beiden landen prompt im Bett miteinander. Doch was als reines Sexdate beginnt, entpuppt sich bald als weitaus tiefere Verbindung. Die beiden treffen sich am nächsten Tag wieder, und während eines langen Gesprächs bekommt Ocho mehr und mehr das Gefühl, Javi bereits zu kennen. Und sein Gefühl täuscht ihn nicht: Die beiden Männer haben sich bereits vor 20 Jahren kennengelernt.
