What it’s about. Die Alien-Familie Conehead vom Planeten Remulak strandet auf der Erde. Da der Clan erst in 18 Jahren gerettet werden kann, müssen sich die eierköpfigen Wesen möglichst unauffällig auf der Erde einrichten. Anfangs klappt dies auch ganz gut. Denn die Nachbarn können sie mit der Erklärung, sie kämen aus Frankreich, noch täuschen, obwohl die Verwendung von Kondomen als Kaugummis nicht gerade von Normalität zeugt. Doch die Beamten von der Einwanderungsbehörde lassen sich mit derlei fadenscheinigen Ausreden keinesfalls abspeisen.
