What it’s about. China um die Jahrhundertwende. Ex-Killer David gründet das "Peace Hotel", in dem genießt traditionell jeder Verfolgte Asyl. Kein Waffenträger darf das Haus betreten, keiner darf daraus entführt werden, aber auch wird niemandem bei der Flucht weitergeholfen. Als eines Tages die Gangsterbraut Kim Unterschlupf im "Peace Hotel" findet ändert sich alles. Der „Pate“ umstellt mit seiner Armee das Peace Hotel, um Kim heraus zu holen. Ex-Killer David, der ein Auge auf Kim geworfen hat, unternimmt alles, um einen Fluchtweg für die Freundin zu finden. Viel zu spät merkt David, dass dies alles zu dem Plan gehört das „Peace Hotel“ zu zerstören. Um dies zu verhindern wird er wieder zu dem was er immer war: Ein Killer, der vor nichts zurückschreckt.
