Sheriff Adam (Eric Balfour) beginnt in dem Fall zu ermitteln, während er außerdem versucht, das Verschwinden von Esmeraldas Enkelin Samantha (Bianca A. Santos) aufzuklären, die seit dem Tod ihrer Großmutter spurlos verschwunden ist. Als immer mehr Leute den Attacken zum Opfer fallen, machen die Stadtbewohner eine schreckliche Entdeckung: In den Wäldern scheinen nämlich noch viel gefährlichere Kreaturen als Wölfe zu lauern und die Enkelin der „Wolfslady“ scheint die Einzige zu sein, die die Stadt noch vor einem Blutbad bewahren kann.
