What it’s about. Der Wissenschaftler Dr. Andrew Boran empfängt seltsame Signale aus dem All. Ihm gelingt es, sie zu entschlüsseln und er findet heraus, dass sie Umweltkatastrophen wie Erdbeben und Vulkanausbrüche vorhersagen. Es scheint noch zwei weitere Empfangsstationen auf der Erde zu geben. Mit seiner Frau Sylvia macht er sich auf die Suche danach und stößt dabei auf ein Kloster, das von Pater Pegado geleitet wird. Der aber entpuppt sich als Anführer einer Alienrasse, die auf der Erde gestrandet ist und nun den Planeten in seiner ganzen Existenz bedroht.
