What it’s about. Als in New York in wenigen Tagen mehrere russische Emigranten ermordet werden, glaubt Inspektor Kojak nicht mehr an einen Zufall. Doch der Fall erweist sich als unlösbar, da er nirgendwo Informationen über die Opfer bekommt. Ein guter Freund Kojaks - ebenfalls russischer Emigrant - legt plötzlich ein äußerst merkwürdiges Verhalten an den Tag, und der Verdacht liegt nahe, daß er etwas mit der Mordserie zu tun hat...
