General Chachai, driven by personal greed, is conducting experiments on humans. Zhang Ling requests the Black Wolf Squad's help but is refused. Unable to bear the pain in his heart, Zhao Jian quits the Black Wolf Squad and decides to join Zhang Ling and fight against Chachai. His teammates unanimously support the decision and join him in a mission to take down Chachai's organization, seeking justice for the innocent souls who died.
