What it’s about. Ex-Polizist Burke Wyatt hat nur noch eine Chance sein normales Leben und seine Familie zurückzubekommen. Wyatt wird undercover in das brutale Cainesville Gefängnis gebracht um dort eine unheimliche Mordserie an den Gefangenen aufzuklären. Einmal drin, erfährt er auch schon bald die schreckliche Wahrheit: Die Gefangenen müssen in einem vom Gefängnis-Direktor geschaffenen Kampfring auf Leben und Tod kämpfen. Burke sieht keinen Ausweg mehr um den Fall aufzuklären, als selber in diesen “Ring of Death” zu steigen und um sein Leben zu kämpfen.
