What it’s about. Kurz vor der Geburt ihrer Tochter verschwindet die hochschwangere Kriminalkommissarin Alexandra Enders plötzlich spurlos. Eine Woche später taucht sie wieder auf: blutverschmiert, ohne Kind und ohne Erinnerung. Von ihrem Kind fehlt jede Spur. Alex hat nur einen Gedanken, ihr Kind zu finden. Gegen den Rat ihres befreundeten Kollegen und Chefs Paul Nowak beginnt Alex, auf eigene Faust zu ermitteln. Wegen der Suche nach ihrem Kind setzt sie sogar ihren Job, ihre Beziehung und ihr Leben aufs Spiel. Schließlich muss sie sich die Frage stellen, inwieweit sie selbst in das Verbrechen verstrickt ist.
