What it’s about. Minazuki Kasho zog bei seiner Familie, die einen traditionellen japanischen Süßwarenladen besitzt, aus, um eine Konditorei mit dem Namen „La Soleil“ zu eröffnen. Als seine Umzugskisten eintrafen, merkte er, wie sich in ihnen die Katzenmädchen Chocola und Vanilla, welche auch in seinem Elternhaus gelebt haben, versteckt hatten. Erst wollte er sie wieder zu seiner Familie bringen, doch die zwei baten ihn inständig darum, mit Kasho zusammen das La Soleil eröffnen zu dürfen. Zusammen mit Kashos jüngerer Schwester Shigure und den anderen Katzen des Hauses - Azuki, Maple, Cinnamon und Coconut, welche auch in der Konditorei aushelfen - erwartet die Mädchen eine aufregende Zeit. Eines Tages traf Chocola beim Einkaufen auf ein Kätzchen, das sie noch nicht kannte … Dieses Kätzchen, welches Chocola nicht mehr aus dem Kopf ging, markiert den Beginn einer herzergreifenden Katzengeschichte!
