What it’s about. Die Geschichte folgt der Studentin Ami Kurata, die keinerlei sonderliche Fähigkeiten besitzt. Als sie eines Tages zufällig eine Person auf einem Fahrrad bemerkt, verliebt sie sich sofort darin und kratzt all ihre Ersparnisse zusammen, um sich selbst ein eigenes Fahrrad zu kaufen. Sie beginnt schließlich sich mit der Welt des Langstreckenradrennens und Rennrädern vertraut zu machen und gründet mit einigen Studienkolleginnen ein eigenes Radsportteam mit dem Namen Fortuna. Ihr Ziel ist es an dem Langstreckenrennen „Fresh“ teilzunehmen.
