What it’s about. Beim Bau ihres Traumhauses gerät das frisch verheiratete Paar David und Diana immer mehr in finanzielle Nöte. Da macht der Milliardär John Gage den Beiden ein ungewöhnliches Angebot. Er bietet eine Million Dollar für eine Nacht mit Diana. Natürlich wird dieses Angebot zuerst abgelehnt, aber nach anfänglichen Zweifeln geht Diana auf das Angebot ein und verbringt die Nacht mit Gage. Wieder Zuhause angekommen beginnt die Ehe zwischen beiden langsam zu zerbrechen und Diana beschliesst zu Gage zu ziehen. Doch David lässt sich aus Liebe zu Diana nicht abschütteln und versucht alles, sie zurück zu bekommen…
