What it’s about. Nach einem Einsatz in Lateinamerika kehrt Karl Thomasson (Treat Williams) zurück in die USA. Dort erhält er von Colonel Yeager den Auftrag sich als Geschichtslehrer an einer Kadettenakademie im Süden einzuschleusen. Unter Führung von Brack (Patrick Kilpatrick) wird dort aus einer Gruppe junger Kadetten eine Spezialeinheit namens "Werewolves" ausgebildet, die illegale Überfälle und Anschläge ausführt und sich obendrein als praktizierende Neonazisgruppe entpuppt.
