What it’s about. Auf der Suche nach dem Beweis außerirdischen Lebens stürzen Ryota Murakami und seine Kindheitsfreundin Kuroneko einen Staudamm hinunter. Ryota überlebt schwer verletzt, Kuroneko schafft es nicht. Zehn Jahre später ist Ryota immer noch nicht über ihren Tod hinweggekommen und verbringt jegliche freie Zeit im Planetarium. Er hat sich vorgenommen, Forscher bei der NASA zu werden und dort die Existenz von Aliens zu beweisen. Als er eines Tages seine neue Mitschülerin Neko Kuroha kennenlernt, traut Ryota seinen Augen kaum, denn sie sieht haargenau wie Kuroneko aus! Sie scheint ihn zwar überhaupt nicht zu kennen, weiß dafür aber seltsamerweise, dass er bald sterben wird. Ryota glaubt ihr natürlich kein Wort, bis er nur knapp dem Tod von der Schippe springt...
