(Strategic Otome Limitation Talks) abzuhalten, um über eine mögliche Limitierung von Otomes zu diskutieren. Eine erfolgreiche Mission rund um einen gefährlichen Meteoriten leitet schließlich eine Reihe von Ereignissen ein. Eine mysteriöse Gestalt erscheint und attackiert einige Otomes.
