What it’s about. In einer Welt, die unserer sehr ähnlich ist, leben Technik und Magie in Harmonie zusammen. Aufgrund der starken Macht der Magie, wird diese auch streng staatlich kontrolliert, um einen Missbrauch zu verhindern. Yume Kikuchi hat magische Fähigkeiten und reist nach Tokio, um dort eine Zaubererschule zu besuchen. Dort bekommt sie den charmanten Ausbilder Masami Oyamada zugeteilt und die beiden verstehen sich auf Anhieb. Als Zauberer hat man die Aufgabe dem Klienten zu helfen und ihre Aufträge zu erledigen. Yume geht zwar frohen Mutes an die Aufgaben heran, muss aber schnell feststellen, dass man mit Magie alleine niemanden wirklich glücklich machen kann …
