What it’s about. Sho und sein Freund Tetsurou finden zufällig ein seltsames Alien-Artefakt im Wald. Als sie es näher untersuchen, bricht es plötzlich aus seinen metallischen Fesseln aus und dringt in Shos Körper ein. Er verwandelt sich daraufhin in den Guyver, ausgestattet mit besonderen Kräften, aber auch gejagt von der Chronos Corporation, die den Guyver unbedingt wieder zurück in ihre Laboratorien holen wollen. Somit ist niemand mehr sicher, der Sho nahesteht und er ist gezwungen gegen Chronos und die genetisch verbesserten Zoanoiden in den Kampf zu ziehen …
