What it’s about. Die Hightech-Stadt Larousse City ist ein eindrucksvoller Ort für Besucher – und gleichzeitig der optimale Ort für einen Pokémon-Kampf! Aufgrund eines traumatischen Ereignisses in seiner Kindheit fürchtet Tory sich vor allen Pokémon, sogar vor so niedlichen wie Pikachu! Doch wirklichen Grund zur Furcht gibt es, als Deoxys auftaucht und die Kontrolle über Larousse City übernimmt, wobei es alle Maschinen abschaltet und die ganze Stadt als Geisel festhält. Das Legendäre Rayquaza findet das gar nicht witzig und versucht, den Eindringling aus seinem Territorium zu vertreiben! Ash, Tory und ihre Freunde stecken mitten drin in dem Schlamassel, und tun ihr Bestes, um die bedrohte Stadt zu retten!
