What it’s about. Eigentlich wollte Matt Farrell (John Ashley) im Pazifik lediglich das Tauchen genießen, doch dann entführen ihn drei Bösewichte unter Leitung des brutalen Steinman (Jan Merlin) auf die abgelegene Insel des Wissenschaftlers Dr.Gordon (Charles MacCauley), der die Menschheit vor dem Aussterben bewahren will, in dem er menschliche Gene an die von tierischen koppelt und damit auffrischt. Aufgrund seiner Experimente hat er schon eine Reihe von Tier-Mensch-Kombinationen herangezüchtet, die in seiner Obhut nicht eben zufrieden sind. Farrell soll in einem weiteren Experiment seines Gehirns verlustig gehen, um damit alle übrigen Tiermenschen zu kontrollieren, aber Gordons Tochter Neva (Pat Woodel) verliebt sich gerade noch rechtzeitig in Farrell, um mit ihm und fünf weiteren Tier-Mensch-Hybriden zu flüchten. Die Jagd ist damit jedoch eröffnet...
