What it’s about. Seit der zwölfjährige Sammy (Trenton Knight) die Kids auf der Skateboard-Bahn bei ihren waghalsigen Stunts beobachtet hat, kann er nicht mehr ruhig schlafen. Wie gern würde er selbst auf einem eigenen Brett loslegen und so cool sein wie die anderen! Seine Wünsche werden erhört, denn plötzlich taucht der Engel Zeno (Turhan Bey) auf und schenkt ihm ein magisches Skateboard. Das Hyper-High-Tech-Brett hört auf den Namen "Starduster", spricht mit Zenos Stimme und skatet wie der Teufel. Schon bald wird Sammy zum umjubelten Star auf der Bahn. Alles wäre in bester Ordnung, wenn da nicht eine Gruppe von fiesen Skateboard-Rüpeln wäre. Die Schurken sind fest dazu entschlossen, Sammy aus dem Weg zu räumen.
