What it’s about. Die amerikanischen Schriftstellerin Deborah Lipstadt kann Menschen wie den britischen Historiker David Irving nicht ausstehen. Der englische Autor behauptet in seinen Schriften, dass es den Holocaust nie gegeben habe und dass Adolf Hitler in seiner Rolle als Nazi-Führer stark verzerrt und dämonisiert dargestellt worden ist. Deshalb bezeichnet Lipstadt ihn als Holocaust-Leugner. Um ihrer Anschuldigung entgegenzuwirken, klagt der erboste Irving sie daraufhin der Verleumdung an.
