What it’s about. Damit hätte Roch Siffredi eigentlich rechnen können, man hatte ihn vorgewarnt. Der Gangsterboss tötet ein Mitglied der mächtigen Mafiafamilie Volpone. Wenig später ist ihm der Bruder des Opfers, Giovanni Volpone, mit seinen Killern auf den Fersen. Siffredi wird in Begleitung des treuen Leibwächters Fernand von den Mafiosi in einen Hinterhalt gelockt und festgenommen. Während die Italiener den Bandenchef auf grausame Weise foltern, soll Fernand im Meer ertränkt werden. Doch der Leibwächter kann entkommen und setzt nun alles daran, seinen Boss aus den Händen der Entführer zu befreien.
