What it’s about. Die Fünf Freunde, Georgina, auf eigenen Wunsch "George" genannt, Richard, Julius, Anne und Schäferhund Tim unternehmen in den Sommerferien eine Radtour. Unterwegs lernen sie den gleichaltrigen Milionärssohn Hardy Kent kennen, der sich ihnen anschließt. Ohne es zu ahnen, werden die Kinder von zwei Gaunern verfolgt, die Hardy entführen wollen. Als die beiden zuschlagen, kidnappen sei an Hardys Stelle aber Richard, denn die beiden Jungs hatten ihre Hemden vertauscht.
